Email Scam

Email ScamHere is a quick post about a different email scam that I have received today.  The email itself didn’t read too badly, but is quite rude and I had absolutely no recollection of what contact the email referred to.

I checked to see who the email was sent to and it showed that it had been sent to a number of undisclosed recipients.  This immediately got me feeling a little suspicious, so I googled the email address and found a number of articles relating to this email address and previous scams that have been tried.

If you receive an email like this, it is spam so please do not respond to it as it is likely it is being used to collect email addresses that can be used for further hits.  Please do add a comment if you have been hit by this one, or others so that we can help to protect our music teachers.

Thank you.
